Events & Exhibition Suppliers Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Events & Exhibition Suppliers services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. User Accounts
a. You do not currently require to make an account to purchase goods from us. However if wanting to set up a credit account , minimum amount per month to set up such account is $1000.
3. Order Processing and Shipping
a. All orders over $3000 require a non-refundable 50% deposit before the delivery of goods will occur.
b. Orders must be placed before 15:00 hrs (3:00 PM) local time on the day prior to guarantee 2-day shipping. Orders placed after this time may experience delays in processing and shipping.
4. Payment Terms
a. Payments for orders must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified during the checkout process.
b. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in the processing and delivery of orders.
If Total order exceeds $3000 we require a non refundable 50% deposit before the delivery of good will occur.
Likewise if total outsanding invoices for the month exceed $4000 we will suspend any further order and deliveres until payment is recived for the owing amount.
5. Privacy
a. Events & Exhibition Suppliers privacy policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by users. b. By using our services, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy. We will not sell or give away any private information given while using our products or services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Events & Exhibition Suppliers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. b. The Company makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your order and access to our services if total invoiced amount exceeds $4000 and hasn't been paid in over 30 days.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

the terms must include that all orders over $3000 must have a 50% deposit before delivery of goods will occur as well as allow for 2 days shipping if order is not placed before 1500hrs day
REFUNDS & RETURNS
-Products that are damaged upon delivery of goods can be returned and refunded no longer than 7 days after delivery date.
-Any defects from manufacture can be returned and refunded no later than 7 days after delivery date.
-No return or refund will be given if the product chosen is what is received from the supplier.
